Phil has a strong background in commercial data center design and development for Verizon, XO communications, AT &T as well a solid foundation in residential architecture being the lead architect on an episode ABC’s Extreme Makeover and the SUNY Farmingdale Smart Grid Demonstration Home.

Since the Hurricane hit Long Island, Phil has serviced GOSR in their Sandy Recovery efforts as one of their primary design professionals since 2016 processing over 200 clients over the past 5 quarters.
Phil has partnered with Frank and the team at Frangeli since 2006 and with the addition of some cutting-edge technologies it has allowed them to compete and win much of the RFP work while competing against much larger firms.
