TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM

Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and initiating a request or inquiry, you consent to receive SMS (text message) communications from PKAD related to your request. Messages are transactional and service-related only, such as confirmations, updates, follow-ups, and time-sensitive notifications generated in response to your interaction.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user activity and the nature of the request. Messages are sent only when relevant to a user-initiated interaction.

Opt-In

Users opt in to receive SMS messages by voluntarily providing their phone number during a service interaction, inquiry, or request and consenting to receive SMS updates related to that request.

Opt-Out
